InterVest Capital Partners acquires point-of-sale finance provider Foundation Finance

Foundation Finance Company LLC (“Foundation” or the “Company”) today announced that InterVest Capital Partners (“InterVest”), a New York-based investment firm specializing in finance, formerly known as Wafra Capital Partners, acquired the Company from Garrison Investment Group.
