Due to recent significant events in the crypto industry which may have caused confusion and uncertainty among our investors, the Company wishes to clarify the following. The Brooker Group Plc (the “Company“) and its subsidiary Brooker International Co., Ltd. (“BICL“) starting the

July 20, 2022 to:

1. Approximately 1.9 million baht deposited in the trading account of Zipmex Company Limited (Thailand) and no funds in ZipUp account. Baht 1,847,591.17 and 0.07989444 Bitcoin. The Company has submitted a withdrawal request and has already received the proceeds in full. Therefore, there is no impact on the Company.
2. No funds with Celsius Network
3. No funds with Babel Finance
4. No funds with Three Arrows Capital (3AC)
5. No funds with Voyager Digital
6. No prior investment in UST or LUNA tokens
